Training and Workshop
Rural Youth Fellowship workshops and training modules are based on World Economic Forum and are designed to build 21st century skills of fellows and make them job ready, during the course of 3 year program. Our aim is to make students market ready by giving them skill trainings that are required for private job, Entrepreneurship, Government job and Higher Education
So far, we have conducted 50+ unique workshops, some of them include

1ST YEAR
We explore the learning level of our fellows, through in house developed assessments, and create a roadmap of workshops and trainings that are required to upskill them during the course of time.
During 1st year, the students are introduced to the basics of any topic

Once the fellows are assessed and the need is identified, students go through the transformation phase, the workshops designed are of intermediate level, this purpose is to skill up the level of knowledge

We explore 3rd year workshops and trainings are designed, keeping in mind, that fellows become professionally skilled, according to the need of 21st century market and perform, by implementing the trained skills, for self and organization development.
