1st Year
During the 1st year of exploration, our educators work on strengthening the foundational literacy of fellows. The fellows are supported with multiple group and one on one sessions, and are provided with multiple worksheets and resources. Our sessions are tailored according to the need of a student, so he/she can get all the support that is required.
2nd Year
When a fellow graduates to 2nd year, they get involved in the process of transforming and understanding how a particular subjective session is designed, by assisting the educator. This helps the fellow get an in depth knowledge about their subject and helps them to learn easily. The fellows are provided with various resources and are trained on how to get resources, helping them to get independent with the studies.
3rd Year
Implementing the core idea behind performance, by 3rd year, our fellows learn the art of designing a session. They assist the educators with teaching and also take sessions of lower grades, whenever the need arises. 3rd year fellows also help in creating worksheets and are encouraged to think outside the box. Most of the learning done by our 3rd year is independent.
